Duties & Responsibilities- Support the development of logistics operating solutions for customers
- Assist in project implementation and coordination with internal teams
- Support preparation of sales leads, tenders, and RFQs
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and assist in business development activities
- Support operations team in handling customers’ enquiries and requests
- Monitor service performance and elevate issues when necessary
