Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
- Proactively develop the local market by acquiring wall spaces in buildings and other strategic locations to achieve targets.
- Develop new customers and establish/maintain good relationships with accounts.
- Generate new demand and provide full support to customers.
- Present, negotiate, and close contracts with building/property managers.
- Drive growth of building ownership across CBDs and expand into other provinces.
- Prepare appropriate proposals for each building.
- Manage daily office tasks, including monitoring account status, providing updates, and taking action on pending items.
