Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve sales and revenue targets for transport and logistics, leading business development efforts, identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and contracts, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate closely with operations for seamless implementation of new and existing accounts, resolve operational and customer issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, implement improvements based on data insights, and ensure compliance with trucking and logistics laws and regulations.
