Job Responsibilities Generate Sales
in the Building façade maintenance and general building maintenance sector including A & A façade related projects Sourcing of profitable projects involving Façade Cleaning, Re-sealant works for the entire building, glass replacement works for completed buildings and ongoing construction works. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market diversification. Set clear performance goals and regularly assess team performance.
