Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Bidding & Lead Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Fiverr, etc.
- Write effective project proposals and customize bids based on client requirements.
2. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Interact with international clients to understand project needs and pitch suitable solutions.
- Conduct video/voice calls, follow-ups, and maintain regular communication.
3. Proposal & Documentation
- Prepare business proposals, project estimates, scope documentation, and other client‑facing materials.
- Ensure clarity in technical and commercial terms.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Identify new markets and client segments.
- Keep track of platform algorithm changes and bidding trends.
