Job Description
- Develop and expand business through targeting new locations/market.
- Responsible for developing marketing and business plans for the achievement of revenue goals for a company.
- Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business.
- Respond to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company's products.
- Defines long term and short term strategic goals.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Assess possible new sites.
- Prepare flexibility studies on market location or site.
- Maintain files of existing lease contracts.
- Reports to Operations Manager.
Qualifications
