- Assist in merchant self‑registration tasks, including educating merchants on system requirements and guiding them through the onboarding process
- Review and verify merchant documents to ensure compliance with ShopeeFood’s guidelines
- Monitor social media communications with merchants and promptly respond to their queries
- Collaborate with Merchant Ops to identify duplicate submissions, enhance submission quality, and minimize rejection rates
- Support lead generation for the self‑registration channel through marketing initiatives and social media engagement
- Analyze data and patterns to provide insights to improve the merchant onboarding experience
- Participate in marketing and engagement initiatives, such as pitching ShopeeFood’s Welcome Package and assisting in promotional campaigns to attract new merchants
