Key Responsibilities
Proposal / RFP Support
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of proposals and bid submissions
- Compile tender requirements, project references, CVs, and supporting documents
- Coordinate inputs from various market sectors and internal stakeholders
- Support ongoing and upcoming pursuits across key regions
Market & Client Research
- Conduct research on markets, clients, and competitors to support BD strategies
- Gather insights and data to strengthen positioning for active pursuits
- Provide concise summaries and reports for internal use
BD Systems & Database Management
- Update and maintain BD databases, project records, and client information
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across systems (e.g., Airtable or similar tools)
- Support tracking of opportunities and pipeline activities
