- Prepare and collate documents and requirements for the update of email address with insurance regulators.
- Assist in preparing documents and requirements for internal approvals of product and partnership launch.
- Assist in market research by collating screenshots of customer journeys from other players.
- Assist in UAT activities related to product enhancements by comparing system output with approved forms.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a University under a Business Management, or any related course
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Passionate about e-commerce and Fintech
- Can commit to the internship for at least 5 months
