Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Recruit and manage hosts, influencers, and agency partners in Malaysia.
-Drive creator growth through partnerships, activations, and local initiatives.
-Monitor market trends and support localization and growth strategies.
-Serve as the main contact for local hosts and agencies.
Requirements:
-Proficient in English and Malay.
-Experience in live streaming/voice chat, or social platforms. Preference for candidates with BD role or similar APP working experience.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
-Self-driven, data-aware, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience in business development within live streaming or social platforms (e.g., Bigo Live, Mango Live, Buzz, Kachi, Omi, Litmatch, MiChat, HiFun, Soul, Voyage, or similar apps) is highly preferred.
