About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Lead – Market Expansion to support our growth in Indonesia.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader with experience in agency-based, MLM, or insurance distribution models, who is confident in building large teams, opening new markets, and representing the company externally.
You will play a key role in:
Expanding sales networks
Developing new branches
Managing and growing large teams
Acting as a bridge between local operations and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
