Business Development Lead - RF Systems

£75,000 - £85,000 base salary + bonus

Hybrid - 3 days on site

Cambridgeshire based

One of our clients is an advanced engineering organisation, now expanding their team and seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive growth in RF-related markets, with a focus on communications, sensing technologies and radar systems. This is a great, high impact role that combines deep technical understanding with commercial leadership, shaping new opportunities far beyond the traditional defence markets.

They are at the very forefront of antenna design, high frequency electronics, digital signal processing and embedded systems across a variety of sectors. Experience in this space is essential.
