The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Industrial is a critical strategic execution role focused on driving SCHURTER’s growth in Industrial systems. You will lead the Design-In strategy for our technical portfolio including HMI , Fuses, connectors and other components.
In this strategic role reporting into the CMO, you will own an application-specific technology portfolio, analyze market, technology trends, competitors and transform insights into targeted growth initiatives.
You will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and lead cross-functional business development projects in close collaboration with Sales, Product Management R&D and Technology Teams.
Define and execute the global go-to-market strategies for focus applications, including market segmentation, positioning, and targeting.
