Summary

【Main scope : Project acquisition / Hotel management】
- Residential project sourcing (market research, feasibility study, land risk survey, legal due diligence, documentation)
- Hotel project sourcing (market research, feasibility study, land risk survey, legal due diligence, documentation)
- Other recurring project sourcing (market research, feasibility study, land risk survey, legal due diligence, documentation)
- New partner exploration (potential partner research about their business detail and financial condition)
- Existing hotel project monitoring (Leasing progress, Financial statement, SPC operation(BOD), EXIT strategy)
