Job Description

Our client is an international logistics service provider (freight forwarder). They are now looking for a Sales Manager (Freight) to be responsible for sourcing and the market / trends of freight forwarding.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager (Freight) will directly to the Manager and will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with existing and new corporate clients to achieve assigned sales gross profit target and company strategy.
  • Building and leading a team of BDM to help drive revenue and motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities with potential or existing customers.
  • Review and analyzes sales performances against sales target to determine effectiveness.
  • Prepare various sales-related reports, proposal and presentation.
