We are looking for a business developer, creating and closing deals .
Your job is simple but with a complex portfolio: find new clients, understand their challenges, build the right solution, and close the deal. You own the full cycle — from first call to signed contract.
What you'll do
Prospect and open doors across all sectors, especially in regulated and IT sensitive areas.
Run sharp discovery meetings and identify real business pain
Build compelling proposals yourself — you don't wait for someone else to do it
Close deals ranging from CHF 100k to 2M+ ARR
Keep your pipeline clean, your forecasts honest, and your follow-through relentless
