Business Development Manager - Corporate
As the Business Development Manager – Corporate, you will lead the hotel’s corporate sales strategy to strengthen market presence, accelerate revenue growth, and position Shangri‑La Dubai as a top choice for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance the hotel’s presence in the business community.
- Identify and secure new corporate accounts while managing and growing existing relationships through proactive networking and strategic engagement.
- Conduct various sales calls on a daily basis with a focus on new business.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize occupancy, conversion, and the overall corporate guest experience.
