Role Overview:
You will specialise and originate direct through business channels within the SME segment with lending of up to $3 million. Key aspects of this role include:
- Focus on New Business Acquisition through first-party referrers with business and commercial lending needs up to $3 million;
- Utilise your local network and engage with the community to grow and develop your portfolio;
- Write and prepare quality credit submissions to submit to the credit committee;
- Provide a holistic approach to understanding your customers' needs and come up with solutions in their best interest; and
