Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in developing a client network, sourcing for enquiries and winning projects.
Responsibilities
Bring onboard new clients, projects and reach targets that hit defined sales and profitability goals
Gather market intelligence, develop client network, and foster strong client relationships.
Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape.
Review of bid proposal from tender team and make decision in consultation with director.
Serve as Bid Manager for large size projects.
Able to integrate within the BD team and collaborate with other departments.
Lead negotiation with client on bid and contract terms & conditions.
Engage and develop tender and business development team to achieve work targets through coaching, group learning and performance management.
Develop and protect company's brand, corporate image, and reputation.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
