Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Pre-Construction team, based in the Glasgow area with regular travel across Scotland and the north of England. The ideal candidate will have business development experience in the civil engineering sector (or related industries), be confident in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and presenting to both Client and internal teams.
Strong organisational skills, IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, Teams, Dynamics CRM, PowerPoint), and a full UK driving licence are essential.
