Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead growth initiatives within the Aviation, Defense, Marine, and Consulting sectors. This role is critical in driving business expansion, securing high-value contracts, and forging strategic partnerships with government entities, OEMs, and industry stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across aviation, defense, marine, and consulting divisions.
Develop and execute market expansion strategies for regional and international growth.
Build and manage long-term relationships with government clients, OEMs, suppliers, and key partners.
Lead proposal preparation, RFP/RFQ/tender submissions, and commercial negotiations.
