Job Description

Based in Hong Kong, this role leads business development for the European market within UL’s Retail Consumer Products industry. It manages and coordinates strategic relationships with key European customers, working closely with Sales Managers and industry leadership to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. The position focuses on developing and executing industry account strategies, responding to urgent and sensitive customer issues, and expanding services with existing customers. A strong emphasis is placed on customer satisfaction, account growth, and long-term loyalty by proactively identifying emerging customer needs and market opportunities.
