Your journey with us We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a passion for Human Resources and a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships and fostering the growth of our existing client portfolio for our HR Outsourcing practice (HRO). Within HRO we assist our clients in a spectrum of HR solutions, including business partnering, recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, talent management, HR project assistance and more, on a temporary basis to supplying fully outsourced HR departments on long-term contracts.
