Business Development Manager - Hybrid Access

The Business Development Manager – Hybrid Access is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within Divetechs Rope Access and Industrial Inspections portfolio.

The role focuses on revenue generation, client engagement, tender development, and strategic account growth, working closely with Operations, QHSE, and Technical teams to convert Divetechs specialist access capabilities into sustainable commercial success.

This position plays a key role in strengthening Divetechs market presence across ports, offshore assets, industrial facilities, and critical infrastructure, ensuring alignment with AD Ports’ strategic objectives and internal circular‑economy initiatives.
