Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and fixed revenue per lead targets.

• Effectively present company services to leads generated by Marketing/Inside Sales and convert them into loyal customers.

• Proactively generate new business via cold outreach and referral networking within international markets.

• Maintain 100% accurate data logging of all sales activities and client interactions using HubSpot CRM.

• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and provide actionable feedback to management regarding competitive positioning and product enhancements.

• Partner with the Marketing team to optimize outreach materials and broaden market impact.



Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a senior B2B sales role.

• Proficient in HubSpot CRM and Google Sheets for data management and sales tracking.
