Job Description
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Present company services to leads assigned by Marketing and Inside Sales.
- Nurture leads to conversion and generate new ones through cold outreach and referrals.
- Record all sales activities and update client info in HubSpot CRM .
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Provide feedback to management for improving competitiveness and marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing and management on materials and campaigns.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or CEO.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager (preferably in a related field).
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM and data tracking.
