XAD Technologies LLC is an ISO-certified organization specializing in telecommunications, IT networks, managed services, outsourcing, and security solutions, serving leading clients across the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage company registration with Government and Non-Government clients in KSA.
- Prepare and submit company registration documents as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with client procurement teams and follow up until registration approval.
- Support business development through new vendor registrations.
- Generate business leads and prepare proposals.
- Maintain basic working knowledge of SAP Ariba, Oracle, and similar systems.
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Line Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in vendor registration and business development.
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Oracle, or other procurement platforms.
