Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and follow-up of clients
Build and develop detailed business plans, identify key partners, accounts (system integrators, big installers, distributors) and end-users
Develop and implement annual and periodic sales activity plans
Brand promotion: undertake direction, leadership and management of key market strategies
Prioritize target accounts and opportunities and work with the sales team to ensure Dahua is seen as preferred vendors for those partners
Maintain and manage customer relationships
CRM management
Requirements:
· Experience in business development of the Electronic Security industry
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Commercial Relations or other related fields
· Solid market knowledge: know integrators, end users and government for project development
· Knowledge of sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
