Job Title: Business Development Manager — Central Asia
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices and entrepreneurs across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and neighbouring Central Asian markets.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients, attend regional conferences and networking events, and represent JCFO at industry forums in Central Asia and the UK.
- Onboard new clients to JCFO's advisory and platform services, managing the end-to-end client acquisition process including needs assessment, proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Act as primary cultural and linguistic liaison for Russian, Uzbek and Tajik-speaking clients, ensuring communication and service delivery is appropriately tailored to regional expectations and norms.
