Job Description
Responsible for the development and management of assigned agencies with focus on advisor productivity, agency expansion and leader development. Achievement of business targets (ie. ANP, VONB and Manpower) set by the company. Drive and execute agreed strategies and initiatives that will deliver the Region’s business targets.

- Champion the advisor & leader career paths (EADP and Next Gen Leader Program)
- Oversee recruitment strategies and leader development activities and results
- Long-term manpower and leader development planning for the assigned sector
- Business Development
- Champion agency productivity, growth and transition to bionic/hybrid agency model
- Agency Management
- Manage communication and agency relationships
- Oversee agency operations of the sector
- Conduct regular Business Review with agency leaders
