Job Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing growth opportunities within the water utilities sector, including bulk water supply, treatment, wastewater, distribution, and related infrastructure projects. The role leads project origination and development activities, from opportunity identification through commercial structuring and bid submission, while managing key stakeholders such as LGUs, water districts, regulators, and private sector partners. The position plays a critical role in expanding the company’s water portfolio through sustainable, compliant, and bankable projects.
