Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow our Virtual Assistant services business. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle — from sourcing leads and conducting outreach to closing clients and maintaining relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys consultative selling, and has strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.

We are a growing startup with existing leads already available. The selected candidate will play a key role in scaling the business and helping build the future sales team.
