We are looking for a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join the New Business Development Office , supporting the acceleration of new strategic initiatives that contribute to ING’s growth ambition.
Working within a dynamic, cross‑functional environment, the Business Development Manager plays a key role in shaping, validating, and preparing initiatives for implementation. Partnering closely with Business Leads, Tribes, and expert contributors across the organization, this role ensures initiatives are co‑developed collaboratively, aligned with ING’s strategic direction, and supported by strong governance and delivery readiness.
