Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high performing team to acquire new clients, with their knowledge and understanding of products and services
- Skills in sales planning by identifying the target markets, industries and territories, align sales team to these markets, develop sales plan to ensure team is on track to deliver full year goals and targets
- Set team and individual targets in performance and productivity and build a robust plan to deliver the business results
- Develop performance reports and analysis to track team productivity and sales outcomes
- Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
