**Overview**
The Retail Services Business Development Manager is an outside sales role focused on driving net new business revenue and developing service offerings and project sales within a dedicated market. This position targets SMB to mid-market customers, typically with 1 to 250 employees, through direct outreach, relationship development, and leveraging omni-channel opportunities such as store-generated leads and OfficeDepot.com. The BDM is responsible for identifying new prospects, selling and implementing Office Depot services, and driving sales growth across core categories, including print, technology, supplies, and business services.
In addition to closing sales opportunities, the BDM-Services supports the ongoing training and development of store associates to identify and qualify leads, ensuring alignment with market goals.
