We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mindset, focused on driving real business growth.
This role is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building a pipeline from scratch, opening strategic markets, and converting prospects into long‑term customers.
Responsibilities- Knowledge of automotive plastics processes and the commercial dynamics with OEMs / Tier1 suppliers
- Actively prospect new customers within the automotive plastics industry
- Generate and close new business aligned with the company's capabilities
