- Develop new business opportunities in manpower outsourcing and recruitment services
- Acquire and maintain corporate clients across various industries
- Promote staffing solutions including contract staffing, permanent hiring, and bulk recruitment

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to full fill client requirements effectively
