Business Development Manager

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead the business development team and drive growth in sourcing gold, silver and platinum group metal (PGM)-bearing industrial scrap. The role focuses on identifying high-potential customers across Singapore and targeted regional markets, developing commercially viable opportunities, working closely with internal teams to deliver practical recovery solutions and converting opportunities into profitable business. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Growth & Market Development Identify, prioritise and develop high-potential industries and customer accounts across Singapore and targeted markets, particularly within electronics, semiconductors, electroplating and related industrial sectors.
Develop market penetration strategies to expand industrial sourcing opportunities and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
