The role is to be accountable at the regional level as Director of Business Development for the Asia regional affiliates.
This includes finding and contracting with Joint Venture development partners, financing non-recourse debt, farming down Group equity, and helping to build the processes and systems that will enable the development platform to be efficient and successful. Ensure strong project economics and safe project development.
Build a Business Development team to cover the various functions as the department develops.
To work with Metro to put in place competitive project finance once projects are built and the necessary scale is reached. To then ensure that the administrative processes to support the financing are maintained effectively
