Job Description
Key Responsibilities Project Acquisition:
Identify and secure major structural steel contracts (plates, sections, columns) with tier-1 developers, contractors, and fabricators.
Design Optimization:
Evaluate client blueprints to propose alternative metallurgical specifications and design efficiencies that reduce overall project costs.
Engineering Consultation:
Partner with project design teams to streamline fabrication, assembly, and erection methodologies.
Bidding & Estimation:
Oversee the generation of precise, compliant, and commercially viable bids tailored to regional engineering standards.
Scrap Sourcing & Trading:
Originate and secure steady streams of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal from demolition projects and industrial plants, managing the buying/selling process to maximize margins.
