Job Description
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for the Business Development Manager and team.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, proposals, and contracts.
- Prepare reports and presentations for pipeline tracking, project status, and client engagement.
- Support bid preparation, RFP responses, and proposal submissions.
- Ensure that BD processes are compliant with internal policies and documentation requirements.
- Liaise with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to facilitate project execution.
- Oversee administrative functions related to client onboarding and contract execution.
- Assist in budget monitoring, expense tracking, and logistical planning for BD initiatives.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry of leads and opportunities.
- Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency within the BD team.
