Job Responsibilities
- Negotiate and secure qualified commercial locations for company-owned and franchise stores.
- Coordinate with shopping malls, property owners, and franchise partners.
- Utilize knowledge of the Philippine local market and existing mall investment promotion resources.
- Ensure locations meet operational requirements and are suitable for store development.
- Provide franchisees with high-quality, operable store locations .
- Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM , 6 working days per week
- Philippine regular holidays observed
