Job Description
- Responsible for setting up and handling relevant appliance and modern retail hardware stores to improve the reach or availability of our consumer products.
- He/She will manage promo merchandisers and monitor retail outlet sales programs, promotions, and activities to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
Specific Duties
- Manages retail staff and coordinate sales activities including pricing, visual merchandising, advertising and promotions, with the objective of reaching set sales targets
- Coordinates the training of sales personnel to ensure competence and discipline.
- Identifies, develops and opens new , relevant and promising retail outlets to expand our product reach.
- Monitors compliance to given deadlines for opening of new stores.
