General Description
Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and negotiating lease contracts for, and zoning wireless telecommunications sites. Identify candidates for specific land leases-based customer criteria, owner interest, and jurisdictional Zoning and/or Land Use regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic market scanning and identify high-potential retail trade areas aligned with the brand’s expansion strategy; provide qualified site leads to the Business Development – Real Estate team.
- Support the regular review and update of the country development plan by incorporating market trends, competitor activities, and brand growth priorities.
- Prepare detailed location-specific feasibility studies including market demand, customer profile, cannibalization risks, and projected financial performance.
