Job Description
We are seeking a driven and highly structured BDR Manager to join our team in Singapore and build our Business Development function across APAC. This is a foundational Go-To-Market (GTM) role , focused on pipeline creation, lead qualification, and building a world-class BDR engine from the ground up.
You will be hands-on in the early days—running inbound and outbound qualification calls yourself—while also owning the processes, SOPs, and team management required to scale a high-performing BDR organization. This role sits at the front line of our growth motion and is critical to how Manus converts demand into qualified revenue opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the BDR Manager at Manus , you will own the entire top-of-funnel motion and be accountable for consistent, high-quality pipeline generation for the sales team.
