Job Title: Business Development Representative. Location: Cape Town. Type: Full time, on site with limited remote flexibility.
Role Overview
The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and securing new B2B clients. This role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, solution presentation, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, networking, and in person visits.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that address business challenges.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and supporting sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline management and activity tracking.
