Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with key decision-makers through outbound channels
- Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and initiate LinkedIn messaging sequences
- Qualify leads by understanding their specific needs, pain points, and goals
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Native level proficiency in both English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in cold calling and outbound outreach
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate in a clear, goal-oriented manner
