Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline generation across a defined set of target accounts.
  • Help shape messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
  • Partner directly with Account Executives to break into new accounts.
  • Play a critical role in defining what good looks like for US go‑to‑market.
  • Execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate pipeline.
  • Book qualified meetings with HR, operations, and people leaders.
  • Own account‑based prospecting across key industries and stakeholders.
  • Test and optimize messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Partner with AEs to convert meetings into revenue and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Contribute insights to refine outbound strategy and drive continuous improvement.
