Business Development Manager / Sr. Executive – Staffing (Hunter Role)

Location – Mumbai / Pune /Bangalore /Delhi/Kolkata

Role Objective

We arelooking for an aggressive hunter-type Business Development professional with proven ability to acquire new clients and drive headcount transfer (HC
transfer/ lift & shift) opportunities across key sectors like E-commerce,
Retail, and Manufacturing etc .

New Business
Acquisition

  • Identify and acquire new clients for staffing services
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

    • Headcount Transfer

  • Identify opportunities for vendor replacement / consolidation
  • Engage with HR, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to pitch transfer solutions
  • Lead bulk HC transfer deals from existing vendors
