Job Description

The Business Development Supervisor (BDS) is primarily responsible for ensuring thatall initiatives of the Business Development Department are accomplished to meet theCompany's organizational objectives and to ensure its sustainable & over-all growth.The BDS shall also be assigned to coach, mentor, train, and monitor work performanceof Business Development Associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinates with various project proponents inmonitoring the status & progress of all Company projects. Helps in ensuring thatall projects will either be completed within the stipulated timeline or anyirregularities will be immediately addressed. The BDS shall also be responsiblefor composing semi-monthly reports to track progress of each project.
